1. Who We Are

TADA Websites Limited (Company No. 16627295) provides affordable, high-quality website design using our own WordPress-based template system. Some packages include a bespoke homepage design created just for you.

Our services include basic hosting and email setup through a trusted hosting partner.

2. What’s Included

  • Your website built using our custom template system
  • Bespoke homepage design (only where specified in your package)
  • Hosting and email setup through a trusted hosting provider
  • 30 days of support after your website goes live

After this period, all support is chargeable at £125 per hour and delivered via our trusted support partner.

3. Hosting & Support

  • Hosting includes daily backups (7-day retention) and basic email services
  • You won’t get direct server access – all changes must go through us or our partner
  • You are responsible for downloading your own emails and backing up any important content
  • Security patches, updates and maintenance are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise
  • Additional support is available at £125/hour

4. Homepage Design Approval

You will be asked to approve the bespoke homepage design before we build it. Further changes after approval may be chargeable at our support rate of £125/hour. We’ll always let you know first if there will be a cost.

5. Marketing & Results

  • We don’t include marketing services in our packages
  • If requested, we can refer you to trusted third-party marketing partners
  • You are responsible for your own marketing, traffic, leads, and search rankings
  • We make no guarantees around results, enquiries, conversions, or performance

6. Third-Party Services & Indemnity

  • We use trusted partners for hosting, support, and (where agreed) marketing
  • TADA is not liable for any delays, mistakes, or failures by those partners
  • By working with us, you agree to take responsibility for third-party service outcomes

7. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin work
  • Final payment is due before your website is made live
  • Hosting and email fees are billed annually and are non-refundable
  • Missed or late payments may result in your website or email being suspended or removed
  • Ongoing support is billed at £125/hour

8. Ownership & Licensing

  • You receive a lifetime licence to use the WordPress template system we’ve built your site with
  • Bespoke homepage designs are yours once paid for in full
  • We may display your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing

9. Termination & Backups

  • You can cancel services by giving 30 days’ written notice
  • If hosting isn’t renewed, your site and email may be removed
  • A backup of your site will be kept for 10 days after cancellation

10. Final Word

These Terms are governed by English law. By working with TADA Websites Limited, you agree to everything listed above and accept responsibility for managing your website, marketing, and any third-party services involved.
